A charming, wooden facade, sun drenched kitchen, and the many wood burning fireplaces are a few of the features that made us fall in love with this property. When undertaking the renovation, we were inspired by French Modernist chalets: clean lines, rich, natural textures and luxurious minimalist details throughout. On the main floor, the layout has been updated to seamlessly flow between a grand living area, a kitchen and multiple dining areas, including a screened porch. Entertaining space on the lower level with a custom wet bar, opens up to the heated, saltwater pool.
