The minimum material and furnishing budgets should be considered at $100 per square foot.
Project management services are available on an hourly basis at $350/hour.

The Interior Decor Offering includes a curated selection of furnishings, light fixtures, artwork, window treatments, and other objects needed to create a cohesive design story for your home. Staging and Styling
With over 15 years of experience in the design industry, we are deeply passionate about the objects and materials we incorporate into the homes we design. Each staging proposal includes project-specific, locally sourced furnishings complemented by pieces from our private collection of vintage items sourced from around the world. In most cases, the items included in the proposal will be available for purchase after the rental agreement.
